Context
QLM is a life and medical insurance company in Qatar. Its members needed one app for everything around their policy: what they’re covered for, their member card, claims and pre-approvals, in Arabic as well as English.
What I built
- Multilingual support. Arabic and English throughout, including right-to-left layouts.
- Document scanning. Object recognition and text extraction, so members can capture documents with the camera instead of typing details in.
- Insurance plans. Browsing medical and life products and managing a member’s plans.
What members get
- Member services in one place: benefits, claims, provider search and pre-approval tracking.
- A digital member card with policy details, always on the phone.
- Health content alongside the policy, so the app is useful between claims too.
