Context
Eazeebox runs a B2B commerce platform, and the mobile app is where customers browse the catalog, check stock and place orders. A slow search, a wrong stock count or a failed checkout is lost business the same day, so the app has to be fast, correct and easy to ship fixes for.
What I own
- The app, end to end. Architecture, feature work, UI, performance and the release workflow for Android and iOS, including over-the-air updates so most fixes reach users without a store review.
- Services behind it. I build and maintain parts of the microservices platform: authentication, catalog, orders and the business rules around them.
- Production. Deployments, monitoring and troubleshooting across the app and backend, and turning what we see in production into the next round of fixes.
Where the work went
- Product discovery. Better search, so customers find the right product faster.
- Checkout reliability. Stock validation and order rules that catch problems before an order is placed, not after.
- Performance. Leaner API workflows and fewer round trips on the screens customers use most.
How I work there
I sit close to the business side. Most requests arrive as a problem, not a spec, and part of the job is turning them into something that’s reliable to run at scale and simple for the customer.
